Mindful Moments offers classes, workshops, and retreats to bring you connection, relaxation, and adventure (or whatever else it is you're seeking). With slow, restorative classes, faster-paced vinyasa yoga, outdoor adventures, and domestic and international retreats, there is truly something for everyone. Mindful Moments strives to make yoga accessible for everybody and every body - welcoming all to show up EXACTLY as they are.

Meet Brooke

Hi, I'm Brooke! I'm the face behind Mindful Moments. I began practicing yoga in college in 2016. Through all the twists and turns as I've grown (and continue to grow) through life, yoga has been a constant. My mat has been my safe space, and my practice has been my biggest act of love for myself. I started teaching yoga in 2021 to share this with others and completed my RYT-200 through My Vinyasa Practice. When I'm not practicing yoga, you can find me out in the woods or traveling on a new adventure (or you can join me on a retreat!).
